Returns / Exchanges.

We want you to be completely happy with your new Rackle shoes!

If within 30 days you’d like to return your purchase from rackleshoes.com, you’re welcome to set up a return free of charge. All products must be returned in original packaging. Rackle shoes returned with damaged or missing packaging are subject to a $5 restocking fee. Returns on sale item needs to be paid by customer.

Return shipping for one exchange is on us for all full priced items (excluding HI and AK and all International orders). All other return shipping costs to be paid by customer. Not valid on sale items, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

To process return, email help@rackleshoes.com with your order number and return or exchange request. We will review and then refund, credit, or replace.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the products at our warehouse.

RackleShoes.com is unable process returns of items purchased at another online retailer, or stores.

Warranty.

Rackle offers a 6-month warranty against any manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship. This does not include normal wear and tear, improper care, product abuse, or use of product for unintended purposes. Warranties man be submitted up to six months from the original date of purchase, with proof of purchase. If you purchased shoes directly from our online store, please email help@rackleshoes.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos detailing your issue.

If you purchased shoes from one of our retail partners, please return shoes directly to that location, where they will issue you a warranty exchange or refund.
